WESTCHASE SPORTS MEDICINE ORTHOPAEDICS offers complete and comprehensive care for
all of your orthopaedic needs. With our board certified physicians trained in the latest technology, you will
have more treatment options available to you.
Office Hours
Offices are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to
12:30 p.m. Appointment calls, insurance questions, and scheduling for tests,
physical therapy, and surgery are normally handled during this time. For
emergencies after normal business hours, simply call our office number and a
24-hour answering service can help you.
What New Patients Should Know
When scheduling your appointment, please have your insurance card and address
information ready at the time of your call. Once an appointment has been made, you
will be given a check-in time for the date of your appointment. Please bring your
insurance information and any previous x-rays and test results when you arrive for
your scheduled appointment.
Cancelling An Appointment
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. If you discover that you will not be able
to keep your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible to reschedule.
